The myMCS Outlook Connector for Reservations is an add-on to MS Outlook. It allows you to book a reservation in the myMCS system as part of an appointment in MS Outlook. This allows the booking process to be faster and more accessible, and paves the way for the powerful possibilities of the myMCS reservations system. Since everybody knows how to manage MS Outlook, this integration substantially increases the accessibility and user friendliness. This results in a double advantage: one the one hand the known and familiar environment of MS Outlook and on the other hand the vast features of the myMCS system. And the danger of double bookings etc. is eliminated.
